Developed as a means to raise awareness among the design communities about Microsoft’s new design tools, we developed a nationwide tour to bring mini-design contests to major creative markets. 5 to 6 teams were selected in each city and were given training on the new Microsoft design platform for a week. At the end of the week they were all issued a design challenge and given 3 days to design, build and present their solution.
The events would feature each team giving a presentation to the audience about their application, the cause they chose and the possible implications for the rest of the community.
