When Ecolab acquired Nalco for $8 billion dollars, they needed a way to inspire their associates about the value of the new joint company. Working with Bandito Brother’s Director Peter Rogers and Director of Photography Mitch Ammundson, we set off on a 6 country film expedition to highlight all the wonderful things Ecolab/Nalco do for the world. The result of the trip was nearly 60 hours of film footage. Ecolab associates were shown this “Epic” video at the first joint company meeting, leading to comments like, “I’ve never been more proud to work at a company as I am today.”
